Vallum Associates are partnered with a leading solar developer is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financing transactions supporting the company’s commercial solar/BESS projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of tax equity, debt, and other financing arrangements for renewable assets Negotiate key transaction documents and coordinate due diligence with lenders, investors, legal counsel, and advisors Oversee financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and performance monitoring across active investments Collaborate with internal teams across development, construction, legal, and operations to ensure seamless financing and project execution Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other external partners Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred) 8–12+ years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, or project finance, ideally within infrastructure or renewable energy Proven success managing complex transactions from origination to close Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and relationship management skills Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities
