We are looking for a Director of Project Finance who will play a critical role in executing and managing financing transactions across the company’s solar and storage portfolio. This individual will lead tax equity processes end-to-end, support broader project finance initiatives, and partner closely with internal development, legal, and executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead tax equity transactions from initial structuring through closing, including investor engagement, diligence, negotiations, and execution Support project finance efforts across community solar and utility-scale solar and storage assets Update, maintain, and analyze project-level financial models to support investment and financing decisions Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties, including tax equity investors, lenders, legal counsel, and advisors Drive transactions forward independently, taking ownership of timelines and deliverables Mentor and review the work of analysts or associates as the team grows Qualifications
Project finance experience within renewables, with a strong preference for solar and storage Direct, hands-on experience executing tax equity transactions from start to finish Self-starter who takes initiative Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance PTO Opportunity to take ownership in a growing organization
