Job Overview Director, Enterprise Real Estate – RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services Finance team – hybrid role located in Farmington, CT.

What You Will Do

Strategic finance partner for the Enterprise Real Estate Services VP and executive staff.

Collaborate cross‑business units to drive strategic investment prioritization.

Lead financial support of large multi‑business savings initiatives.

Manage a team of 10+ finance professionals.

Drive financial execution, forecasts, project support, performance against AOP, synergy analysis, and tracking of cost‑control initiatives.

Maintain financial oversight of operating budgets, capital expenditures, and controls environment.

Leverage the CORE approach to assess and mature processes and drive improvement & harmonization.

Lead effective forecasting including the quarterly forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long‑Range Plan (LRP).

Proactively lead self‑initiated analysis, solve problems, and resolve issues.

Prepare and present effective leadership presentations.

Travel as needed, approximately 1 week per quarter.

Qualifications You Must Have

University degree with minimum 14 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum 12 years of experience.

U.S. citizenship required.

Proven success leading FP&A and functional finance teams in fast‑paced environments, with strong forecasting expertise across AOP, LRP, and quarterly cycles.

Experience empowering analysts, solving complex problems, and driving decisions aligned with RTX values.

Skilled communicator with a track record of delivering clear, impactful presentations to executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience partnering cross‑functionally and influencing change without direct authority.

Experience in FP&A and functional finance.

Demonstrated leadership skills, influencing others through guidance.

Strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable speaking in large groups.

Strong track record of delivering exceptional results to customers.

Salary and Benefits Salary range: $186,200 – $353,800 per year, based on experience and location.
