This is a multi-faceted role where a strong knowledge of interconnect products (current collectors, power busbars പോലൈ, headers, etc.), strong business knowledge of Major E‑mobility OEM and the market knowledge for e‑mobility is expected. The Regional Key Account Manager will be the commercial face of Ennovi for our key E‑mobility OEM customer and will lead projects from conception through contract execution. This role will involve a mix of internal and external task management responsibilities. Internally, diverse project teams comprised of engineering, finance, legal and other disciplines will need to be coordinated. Externally, relationships with key OEM to be built, nurtured and managed along with negotiating and closing contracts. Skills

In order to be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and business development, as well as experience in the automotive industry and with electrification products. Experience of working with or for OEM is preferred. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

Manage a project pipeline of short, medium, and long‑term opportunities spanning power and signal product segments within OEM. Lead the sales cycle, including deal origination, project development management, contract negotiation and closing a targeted product volume and/or revenue each year (quota bearing). Managing budgets, forecasting sales, and reporting on key metrics to senior management. Negotiating contracts and pricing with OEM, ensuring that all Ennovi incremental material and non‑material costs are recovered. Identifying new business opportunities with OEM and developing strategies to win new business. Collaborating with product development teams to identify and prioritize new product features and improvements that meet the needs of OEM. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with GSMs and SIEs at OEMDev to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinating with internal teams, such as operations, engineering, quality etc. to ensure that all aspects of OEM's needs are met. Providing excellent customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns that customers may have in a timely and professional manner. Analyzing industry trends to stay up to date with the latest developments in the electrification products market. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry, including the competitive landscape and regulatory environment. Basic Qualifications

7‑10 years of automotive industry work experience in managing and building partnerships with OEMs and Tier 1 Accounts. Experience with E‑mobility OEM preferred. Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electronics. Strong understanding of the automotive OEM landscape. Demonstrated ability to research, size, and prioritize recommendations of new business and partnership opportunities. Proven track record of successful negotiation with both 3rd parties and cross‑րավly within a large business structure. Passion,includes energy, and drive to develop and grow multi‑million‑$ business programs globally. Exceptional business development and partnership management track record.
