What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve operational and business performance goals for a portfolio of franchisees
Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes to align on goals and commitments
Track and analyze ongoing data to guide franchisee actions and provide coaching
Support franchisees in remodeling and building new restaurants, ensuring compliance with operational specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand experience and drive growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
At least 5 years of experience in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations
Proven leadership experience in a relevant field
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust
Thorough understanding of restaurant operations and sound business acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Experience in consultation and strategic coaching within the restaurant industry
Ability to use data effectively to inform business decisions
Resourcefulness and adaptability in dynamic environments
Strong innovation and creativity skills
