Associate Attorney
to join its dynamic team. This role will initially concentrate on a variety of
complex commercial real estate leasing and/or financing transactions
involving a spectrum of real estate assets located in New York City and/or nationwide. This is a

Handle or contribute to complex commercial real estate leasing and/or financing transactions involving a spectrum of real estate assets located in New York City and/or nationwide. Collaborate with Partners and colleagues to achieve client goals. Contribute to drafting, negotiation, and closing of transactions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have
2 to 6 years
of
commercial real estate leasing or finance
experience,
strong analytical and drafting skills , intellectual curiosity, and excellent academic credentials.
