Job Description As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team on methods and processes for overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, as well as supporting customer engagement opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, managing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.

The Impact You Will Make Responsibilities

Manage sales, structuring, and negotiation of Fannie Mae’s Structured Transactions— including Credit Facilities and Bulk Deliveries—across all multifamily product types (conventional, affordable, manufactured housing, military, student and seniors housing).

Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding the promotion, sale, and service of Fannie Mae's Structured products.

Cultivate strong partnerships with Multifamily property owners and DUS lenders by developing tailored and adaptable financing strategies that address clients’ unique needs, all while consistently delivering the highest level of customer service.

Minimum Required Experience 6 years of relevant experience.

Desired Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Strong understanding of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting guidelines.

Demonstrated knowledge or the desire to learn the nuances of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Structured Transactions.

Proven ability to structure complex deals involving multiple layers of Multifamily housing finance products.

Multifamily Customer Engagement – Customer and Partner Management – Advisor.

Target Pay Range $121,000 – $158,000 a year.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree (Required).

In‑Office Work For most roles, employees are expected to work onsite on a regular basis at their designated office location. In‑office work cadence is determined by your manager. Proximity within a reasonable commute to your designated office location is preferred unless the job is noted as open to remote.
