ManageXR
About ManageXR
Today, companies are using VR and AR (XR) to change the way people learn, work, and heal. Enterprises are using XR to train employees more effectively; doctors are using XR to reduce chronic pain and improve physical therapy; and schools are using XR to overhaul the learning experience.
ManageXR is the core infrastructure that makes enterprise XR possible. We help organizations in 100 countries around the world deploy, manage, and scale XR initiatives. At ManageXR, we’re supporting some of the largest XR deployments in the world, and helping define how this technology is adopted. Join as we shape the future of VR/AR and help solve problems alongside our customers as they pioneer what’s possible with immersive technology.
Where you’ll work This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week. This position is located in San Francisco, CA.
About the Product Designer role As our Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for how our product feels and works. You’ll own design end to end for our XR device management platform—turning complex, technical workflows into clear, intuitive experiences our customers rely on every day.
You’ll partner closely with product and engineering to take robust requirements and turn them into high-quality designs that ship as intended. You’ll stay involved through implementation, learn from real customer usage, and continuously raise the bar for design quality across the product.
You’ll be the only designer on the team, which means you’ll have real ownership and influence—from shaping workflows and evolving our design system to helping define how design fits into product decisions as we scale. We’re looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to make a meaningful impact on both the product and the company.
