Senior Underwriter Specialized Industries - San Francisco, California
The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client—a newly built Specialized Industries platform within a major U.S. bank—to identify Senior Underwriters across its Bay Area offices. This rapidly expanding group is known for sophisticated underwriting, complex credit structures, and deep expertise across high-growth and niche industries. Ideal Candidate
4–7 years of experience (typically VP-level capability)
Strong underwriting + credit analysis chops
Background in specialty credit: ABL, leveraged finance, business credit, or similar
Experience handling complex, technical deals

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
