Ideal Candidate
- 4–7 years of experience (typically VP-level capability)
- Strong underwriting + credit analysis chops
- Background in specialty credit: ABL, leveraged finance, business credit, or similar
- Experience handling complex, technical deals
- A low-ego, high-output mentality—this group values work ethic, precision, and reliability over flash
- The desire to grow in a platform that rewards capability, not politics
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
