The firm is highly entrepreneurial and top-heavy, currently raising its fourth fund (~$2B). Most transactions are firm-led and structured, offering significant influence over deal execution and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive execution of complex credit transactions across sponsored and non-sponsored deals
Oversee financial modeling, credit analysis, and deal structuring
Work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Contribute to portfolio management and support origination efforts over time
Ideal Candidate:
6-10 years of relevant experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or investment banking (M&A or coverage)
Strong technical skills and experience leading transactions
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting
