This individual will guide overall operations, ensure high-quality resident care, support staff performance, and maintain compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate is a confident clinical leader with strong interpersonal, operational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day oversight of all community operations, including resident care, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Foster a positive, engaged workplace culture focused on collaboration, respect, and high-quality service. Work closely with department leaders to ensure operational efficiency and maintain a safe, supportive living environment. Serve as the community’s licensed RN Leader, providing clinical direction, training, and support. Oversee care planning, assessments, medication management, and documentation in accordance with DHS 83 guidelines. Partner with physicians, external providers, and families to ensure exceptional resident outcomes. Maintain full compliance with Wisconsin CBRF regulations and all applicable federal, state, and local guidelines. Prepare for and lead regulatory surveys, audits, and quality reviews. Ensure policies, procedures, and staff training programs are consistently up to date. Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate care and administrative team members. Provide clinical training, continuing education, and performance coaching. Promote an environment where staff feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. Build strong relationships with residents and families through open communication and empathy. Serve as a primary liaison for family questions, concerns, and care discussions. Champion a resident-centered culture throughout the community. Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin (required). Experience in senior living, assisted living, home health, long-term care, or a CBRF environment strongly preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare or residential care settings. Strong understanding of DHS 83 regulations and CBRF requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to build trust, solve problems, and lead teams effectively. What We Offer
