If you’re passionate about engineering excellence, product reliability, and driving business growth, join us to help shape the future of electronics manufacturing. • Industry Experience: Strong background in the AI‑driven data center, compute, and cloud‑infrastructure ecosystem, with experience engaging major tier‑1 hardware and platform customers who rely on EMS partners for high‑volume, high‑reliability manufacturing. Proven success selling complex EMS solutions—including NPI, volume manufacturing, supply‑chain orchestration, and post‑production services—into large enterprise and hyperscale environments. Demonstrated ability to expand wallet share, lead design‑win cycles, and build deep strategic relationships across engineering, supply chain, and procurement organizations. • Technical & Manufacturing Knowledge: Solid end‑to‑end understanding of data center hardware requirements, including PDUs, server platforms, switches, and cooling systems, and how these translate to manufacturability, sourcing, and cost structures in an EMS context. Strong familiarity with rack‑level infrastructure (L6–L11), with insight into integration, validation, NPI readiness, DFX considerations, and the operational requirements for supporting L11 assembly and test in an EMS environment. Able to bridge technical requirements with manufacturing capabilities to position EMS value propositions such as cost optimization, scalability, quality systems, and global supply‑chain resilience. Director of Business Development

plays an integral and critical strategic role in the growth of Tata Electronics. Their core responsibility is to drive revenue growth by securing contracts for manufacturing services with Tier 1 OEM EMS customers, while ensuring that all targets, contractual and pricing initiatives support Tata Electronics’ overall strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong business development/sales and manufacturing background, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in managing complex Tier 1 OEM EMS customers within the consumer electronics manufacturing domain. If you are ready to shape the future of Business Development/Sales at Tata Electronics and drive revenue and pipeline growth, please apply today. • Drive, develop and build accretive and robust Tier 1 OEM EMS sales pipeline in alignment with Tata Electronics financial objectives. • Drive and develop bespoke/targeted Business Development/Sales strategies and account plans by analyzing market dynamics and customer pipelines to identify opportunities and risks while overlaying with Tata manufacturing capabilities. • Responsible for growing, building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. • Lead strategic initiatives to expand the company’s market share, share of wallet and service offerings. • Lead, owns and drives RFQ proposal development process from initial kick-off to proposal submittal, ensuring ensuring timely and competitive offerings while in alignment with Tata Commercial Leadership and Operations. • Lead, owns and drives negotiations of complex commercial contracts with clients, ensuring favourable commercial terms and alignment with business strategies. (Including but not limited to: Statement of Works and Manufacturing Service Agreements.) • Lead, owns and drives Business Development/Sales Phase Gate Review process ensuring effective alignment and communication with Tata Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams. • Responsible for maintaining and updating respective CRM Tools (Salesforce) to manage opportunities and sales pipeline visibility. • Develop and manage pricing strategies in collaboration with finance and Tata Commercial leadership. • Lead, owns and drives Bi-Weekly updates and reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business performance to Tata Commercial leadership. Experience working with Tier 1 OEM EMS customers and global manufacturing partners in the United States, Europe and Asia. Proven ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Exceptional analytical and communication skills to balance financial and business priorities. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales, Account Management, Manufacturing Operations or related roles within the consumer electronics or manufacturing sectors. • Understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. • Strong negotiation capabilities with experience in driving favorable contract terms and managing client relationships. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that enhance sales performance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Desired Experience Level

5+ years of leadership experience in strategic Business Development, Account, Sales pipeline and Tier 1 OEM EMS customer management. Track record of delivering products from concept to mass production across diverse portfolios Familiarity with EMS industry and collaboration with global EMS or contract manufacturers. Track record of targeting and expanding strategic client accounts.
