We are hiring an Investor Relations Lead who can run the investor engine end to end. This role is about momentum and trust. You will build a world class IR cadence, keep investors obsessed with our progress, and help fundraising run faster and cleaner. You will work directly with founders on narrative, metrics, and process. You will also own the operating layer that makes diligence effortless. Run investor communications: monthly updates, quarterly deep dives, and crisp milestone storytelling Own fundraising operations: investor CRM, pipeline stages, follow ups, scheduling, notes, next steps, close process Build and maintain the data room: metrics, decks, models, legal docs, product demos, FAQ, customer proof Create board and investor materials: board decks, KPI dashboards, runway plans, strategic memos Turn progress into inevitability: narrative that maps product traction to compounding distribution and revenue Coordinate investor meetings and events in San Francisco: dinners, small salons, partner meetings, demo sessions Build a referral loop: keep existing investors activated for intros, recruiting, and partner leads Qualifications
Experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, or startup finance and ops Strong ability to build investor materials: updates, decks, memos, KPI dashboards, and data rooms Comfortable with metrics and models: runway, burn, growth drivers, unit economics, scenario planning Strong process skills: CRM discipline, pipeline management, follow up cadence, and meeting orchestration Excellent communication and judgment with sensitive information and high stakes conversations Nice to have
Existing relationships with SF investors and operators who can become warm intros quickly Experience supporting raises from Seed through Series A and beyond Familiarity with AI product metrics and how to talk about reliability, evaluation, and adoption credibly Work
