Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our Cobrand Card modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, SaaS/PaaS product build experience, credit card/payments expertise, and a proven product management track record.
The Product Manager will lead the product discovery and delivery efforts to modernize how we build Cobrand Card products and capabilities, collaborating with talent across the firm to deliver best‑in‑class product platforms and solutions.
Job Summary As a Product Manager within the Card Cobrand platform, you will be at the forefront of our modernization efforts. Your role is not limited to uplifting the existing platform; it also involves creating a suite of new capabilities and features to improve scalability, reusability, resiliency, overall quality, and availability. You will collaborate with design, product, data, and technology leaders across our organization to modernize not just technology stacks but also business operations and delivery.
As a Product Manager, you will conduct product discovery activities, define and refine requirements under an agile framework, prioritize, and execute product builds with scrum teams to ensure the most valuable and meaningful functionality on the roadmap gets delivered. Focused on Minimum Viable Product (MVP) based releases, this results in a superior customer experience for customers, partners, and the entire business organization.
This position is part of the Chase Co‑Branded Cards organization under Card Services, a key line of business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization—including engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and customer support—to deliver high‑quality products and solutions.
Partner Engagement:
Collaborate with external partner teams to jointly develop requirements and use‑cases, acting as the primary subject matter expert for Chase on those requirements.

Design:
Applying design thinking (client journey, UX/UI, moments of truth); comfortable explaining target‑state customer experiences via wireframes and mockups. Prior experience in API definition and design with a modern software stack and database knowledge is a plus.
Technical Skills:
