Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager- Marketing Strategy. The Manager – Marketing Strategy serves as the primary marketing partner to Regional Vice Presidents and/or senior leadership, driving enterprise-level marketing strategies that optimize performance, profitability, and market share. This role develops and executes integrated marketing plans, oversees media investment, and translates performance insights into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary marketing interface for RVP leadership, aligning marketing objectives with business goals and organizational priorities.
Marketing Plan Development: Create and manage comprehensive marketing plans tailored to business objectives, encompassing digital, experiential, and content strategies that drive store performance and profitability.
Performance Management: Conduct regular account reviews, analyze campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations based on data, insights, and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative and analytics teams to design, measure, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Financial Management: Oversee marketing budgets, investment allocations, and long-term planning to ensure efficient use of resources.
Technology & Reporting: Leverage marketing technology tools for planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to drive data-driven decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, sales teams, and corporate partners.
Corporate & Manufacturer Alignment: Act as a liaison for corporate and manufacturer initiatives, ensuring consistent rollout and integration at the field level.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to proactively inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
Governance & Communication: Deliver performance updates, strategic recommendations, and forward-looking insights to senior leadership.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in marketing account management or strategic marketing roles.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Proven relationship-building and executive communication skills with the ability to influence across leadership levels.
Experience managing vendors, agencies, and marketing budgets.
Proficiency with marketing technology tools (CRM, analytics, and performance tracking platforms).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Strong business acumen, adaptability, and collaborative working style.

Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $120,730 - $187,130 USD annually for full-time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
