Organization Type: Non-Profit, Faith-Based, 100+ Employees Position Type: Full-Time; Salaried Exempt Department: Development Reports to: Interim Executive Director Direct Reports: Development Manager, Marketing & Communications Manager, Special Events & Individual Giving Manager, Director of Community Engagement Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Administrative Offices with an active presence across all locations and out in the community making connections; 1-2 Remote Day per Week Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Revenue Growth — Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with organizational priorities and growth goals; Own annual fundraising revenue goals and performance metrics across all giving channels; Identify and grow diversified revenue streams to ensure long-term sustainability; Partner with the Executive Director to cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors and strategic partners. Major Gifts & Individual Giving — Build and manage a major gifts portfolio, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors; Develop and execute moves management strategies for individual donors at all levels; Create compelling donor journeys that increase retention, upgrades, and lifetime value. Corporate & Foundation Relations — Lead corporate sponsorships, cause-marketing partnerships, and institutional giving strategies; Work alongside to support grant manager on prospecting, proposal development, reporting, and compliance; Cultivate long-term relationships with corporate and foundation partners. Events & Campaigns — Provide strategic oversight for signature fundraising events and campaigns; Ensure events align with broader fundraising goals and deliver strong ROI; Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize engagement and visibility. Board & Volunteer Engagement — Serve as a key partner to the Board of Directors on fundraising strategy and execution; Support board members in fulfilling fundraising expectations through coaching, tools, and accountability; Collaborate with advisory groups, committees, and volunteers to expand fundraising reach. Team Leadership & Operations — Lead, mentor, and manage the development team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence; Establish best-in-class fundraising systems, processes, and reporting; Ensure accurate data management and donor tracking within Salesforce; Manage the development budget and ensure responsible stewardship of resources. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, specialization in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing strongly preferred. 5–10+ years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience required Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar fundraising portfolios required Proven experience securing major gifts (six figures and above) required Strong understanding of donor psychology, stewardship, and relationship management required Experience working closely with executive leadership and boards Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Interpersonal Skills Required Experience in human services, anti-trafficking, or mission-driven social impact organizations strongly preferred Grant Writing And Institutional Fundraising Experience Preferred Salesforce Administration 3-5 Years required CFRE or advanced fundraising certification strongly preferred Position Requirements

Working Conditions

Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds and work for long periods at a computer. Moderate local travel required related to program and training needs, as well as occasional travel beyond the metro Atlanta area. Skills
