Overview
Kforce has a client in need of a Product Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Triage and manage incoming support requests; Collaborate with end-users and developers to resolve issues efficiently
Partner with Product Owner to break down large-scale epics into actionable user stories or research initiatives
Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories aligned with user needs and technical feasibility
Conduct UAT testing to validate that user stories meet acceptance criteria
Collaborate with the Change Management team to support user adoption and smooth transitions
Qualifications
2-4 years as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
Experience supporting professional services, finance, or complex enterprise workflows (preferred)
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Jira
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and collaborating cross-functionally
Strong communication and writing skills for effective story creation
Compensation and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
