What You Will Be Doing

Guide and motivate gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using tailored, accelerated learning frameworks

Develop life competencies in students (grit, resilience, focus, public speaking) in addition to academic excellence

Utilize AI platforms to monitor development, customize learning pathways, and adapt instruction

Drive student engagement in adaptive learning applications and support ambitious educational milestones

Work alongside a team redefining education for exceptionally capable students

Basic Requirements

Available to work on-site in Georgetown (Austin), TX

Proven record of academic distinction (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)

Minimum 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing gifted and talented students or high-performing youth

Regular use of generative AI tools in educational settings (tailoring lessons, developing assessments, modifying instruction)

Strong public speaking and communication abilities

Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
