Essential Responsibilities
Lead product initiatives with strategic significance, often across multiple teams or platforms Define product roadmaps, manage stakeholders at various levels, and ensure alignment with business goals Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for a significant product area based on stakeholder needs and business benefits in alignment with company goals Lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery of impactful product features Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics Work closely with technology and design to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders and leadership Education & Years of Experience
Minimum – 4 years Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related Minimum – 5 years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related Preferred – 5 years in Auto Lending In Lieu of Education
8 years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within a specific domain License/Certifications/Training
Preferred – Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Compensation & Benefits
Typical hiring range: $92,600 - $144,100 annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
