Overview
Define user stories and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline execution of product priorities ensuring the team delivers value to the business through well-executed sprints and customer-centric features. Essential Responsibilities
Define, refine, and validate user stories with clear acceptance criteria ensuring the stories are aligned with the organization's priorities. Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and stakeholder input. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into features using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, and/or other means Act as the voice of the customer within development teams. Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure business needs are translated into appropriate technical specifications for a successful delivery. Participate in regular scrum ceremonies such as planning, backlog grooming, sprint review, daily stand-up, and sprint retrospective. Monitor threats, risks, and opportunities that might affect the success of projects and communicate them when appropriate. Assist and participate in the product lifecycle such as ideation, development, launch, growth and ongoing maintenance. Education & Years of Experience
Minimum - 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related Minimum - 2 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies or related In Lieu of Education
6 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies or related in (specific domain) License/ Certifications/ Training
Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Compensation & Benefits
Typical hiring range: $69,600.00 to $108,300.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
