Overview
You will join the Anti-Financial Crime Technology team at the forefront of protecting the Bank and its customers from financial crime. You will turn complex regulatory and risk challenges into clear product strategies that power critical name screening, transaction screening, and transaction monitoring capabilities. You will work with global partners to deliver high-impact technology solutions that process and analyze vast amounts of data in real time. Your work will directly strengthen the organization’s ability to detect, prevent, and respond to financial crime threats at scale.

What You’ll Do
Define and communicate product vision, problem statements, and measurable business outcomes for Anti-Financial Crime technology solutions
Partner with global stakeholders to prioritize features and maintain a well-refined product backlog
Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, ensuring business value is realized from concept through release
Collaborate with engineering and design teams on solution design, development, and testing
Champion Agile ways of working and ensure alignment with organizational delivery standards
Proactively remove delivery blockers and create an environment where teams can operate effectively
How You’ll Lead
Partner with global Anti-Financial Crime business stakeholders to align on priorities, benefits, and regulatory needs
Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to guide solution direction and technical feasibility
Collaborate with delivery leadership to support planning cycles and Quarterly Business Reviews
Skills You’ll Need
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation for technical teams
Experience working in Anti-Financial Crime within financial services
Experience delivering software products in an Agile environment
Hands-on experience with data analysis and writing queries using Structured Query Language
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Comfort working with large, complex data environments
Ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology teams
Proactive mindset with a focus on removing obstacles for delivery teams
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud
Interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence applications in financial crime prevention
Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $222,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
