Job Purpose The
Customer Service Representative
will provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients by leveraging an in-depth understanding of PAG’s products and services. Ideal candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to:
Phone based customer support
Computer based order processing
Complex product lists
Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
Maintaining customer database and history
Producing reports
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with customers regularly (weekly/daily) for updates on in-progress jobs via phone or email.
Resolve customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly.
Manage customer quote approvals, re-quoting as necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.
Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and common carriers to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and within defined timeframes.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborate effectively with other departments and individuals within the organization.
Have strong team orientation
Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use basic math
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, and the ability to summarize data and trends clearly
Ability to work overtime, shift/weekends when needed
Possess knowledge of the aviation industry and airline Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes.
At least 1 year of customer service experience in commercial aviation, preferably with an FAA repair station. Minimum of a H. S. Diploma or GED.
Pay Rate is between $22-$25 per hour.
