Position Summary
The Key Account Director will lead a manufacture's organization’s digital commerce strategy, driving revenue growth through direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, marketplace expansion, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, ensuring alignment between eCommerce, marketing, and manufacturing operations to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce roadmap aligned with business objectives and manufacturing capabilities.
Own the digital P&L, managing budgets for eCommerce and performance marketing channels.
Drive omnichannel strategies to integrate online and offline customer touchpoints.
Lead initiatives to increase online sales through marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.), DTC platforms, and B2B portals.
Implement pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies to optimize conversion and profitability.
Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure inventory alignment and timely fulfillment.
Marketing Integration
Oversee performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, email, and affiliate channels.
Champion SEO and Social Media, content marketing, and organic traffic growth strategies.
Align creative and messaging with brand positioning and customer acquisition goals.
Build and mentor a high‑performing digital team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in eCommerce leadership roles, with proven success in sales growth and marketing integration.
Strong background in manufacturing or related industries.
Expertise in performance marketing, UX/UI optimization, and marketplace management.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with platforms like Shopify, Adobe Commerce, or similar.
Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems.
Ability to lead cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
