We are seeking an experienced, creative, and culturally fluent

Head of Social Media

to lead and manage our social media function end-to-end. This role will oversee

all social platforms, strategy, execution, performance, and people management , with a clear focus on scaling our social presence and ensuring Edikted continues to show up authentically and competitively across channels. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, deeply understands Gen‑Z culture, and knows how to build high‑performing social content in a fast‑moving environment. What You’ll Do

Own the social media strategy across all platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels Define platform‑specific content strategies, posting cadences, and growth goals Translate trends, cultural moments, and platform insights into actionable, high‑performing content plans Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team, including Social Media Managers and Content Creators. Establish clear workflows, priorities, and expectations to ensure consistent execution and accountability .Foster a collaborative, creative, and high‑performance team culture Oversee content ideation, planning, production, and publishing across all social platforms Ensure content is platform‑native, on‑brand, and aligned with Edikted’s tone and aesthetic Review and approve content calendars, posts, captions, and creative direction Own social media KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance Analyze performance data to inform strategy, optimize content, and guide future planning Share clear performance recaps, insights, and recommendations with leadership Partner closely with Marketing, Influencer, PR, and Creative teams to align social execution with campaigns, launches, and activations Ensure social timelines, deliverables, and priorities are clearly communicated and met Oversee community management strategy, tone of voice, and engagement best practices • Ensure timely, thoughtful, and on‑brand engagement across all social channels

Trend & Platform Innovation Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends Test new formats, features, and content approaches to keep Edikted culturally relevant and competitive Oversee and support live social coverage for brand events, pop‑ups, store openings, and influencer activations Be available for monthly travel and weekend coverage as needed What You’ll Bring

6–8+ years of experience in social media or digital content roles, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands Proven experience managing social media teams and owning social performance end‑to‑end Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social‑first content strategies, with a strong pulse on Gen‑Z culture, trends, and online behavior Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand on social channels when needed, as well as directing creators and talent Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, trend‑driven environment Benefits Include
