What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to new and existing small law firm customers

Manage inbound leads and prospect for new opportunities using consultative and solution-based sales techniques

Achieve and exceed personal sales goals through effective negotiations and product offerings

Demonstrate online products using web-based tools during pre-sales calls

Gather and log sales data and client interactions in the Salesforce CRM system accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience

Experience in a prospecting/cold calling environment

Strong sales process and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.com

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

College degree in business, sales, or a related field

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly in negotiation with customers

Experience and familiarity with legal technology and services
