O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Garage Door Company to find their next Experienced Sales Technician & Service Pro. This position is based in Redding, CA and could commute to Chico occasionally.
The ideal candidate must have extensive, hands-on experience in the garage door industry and be highly skilled in both sales and technical service. This is
not
an entry-level position—we are looking for a seasoned professional who knows the ins and outs of garage door systems and has a proven track record of success in the field.
Compensation of the Experienced Sales Technician & Service Pro
Base salary or commission-based pay (clear path to $100k per year)

Qualifications of the Experienced Sales Technician & Service Pro
Must have many years of hands-on experience in the garage door industry
Strong background in both garage door sales and service
Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install garage doors with expert precision
Previous experience in closing home sales is a plus
Proficiency in using Apple technology
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Must pass a background check

Leverage deep industry knowledge to consult with customers and recommend the best garage door solutions
Provide professional, well-informed estimates and follow up in a timely manner
Generate new leads and close high-value sales
Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term client relationships
Technical Service Skills
Diagnose, repair, and install garage doors with expert-level precision
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective, lasting solutions
Utilize Apple tablets, laptops, and applications like Service Titan for organization and efficiency
