Overview
Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions (Location: Hinmans Corners, NY). Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, Non-profit organization. Closing date: Jan 31, 2026.
Responsibilities The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions to provide strategic leadership in all aspects of undergraduate recruitment and selection. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic admissions team and will play a key role in shaping the university's enrollment strategy to meet institutional goals for growth, diversity, and student success. This includes the development and execution of innovative, data-informed recruitment plans that expand the company\'s geographic reach, strengthen its national brand, and advance its mission of access and excellence. The role also involves close collaboration with various campus partners to ensure the alignment of strategies and optimize enrollment outcomes. The Executive Director will be instrumental in the company\'s efforts to expand its national and international reach, and must be prepared to lead the admissions team in a manner that is consistent with the company\'s mission and values.
Qualifications Applicants should have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in undergraduate admissions or enrollment management, with a strong emphasis on equity, transparency, and long-term growth in student enrollment. A bachelor\'s degree is required, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large, complex teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. The role demands a forward-facing leader who can serve as a visible ambassador, engaging with prospective students, families, counselors, and community organizations, while also building strong internal and external partnerships.
