Job Title: New York Branch Manager / Head of Business Development, North America
Position Type: FTE
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives across New York and the broader U.S. market, building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Conduct meetings with both prospective and existing clients to identify needs and convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships
Focus on Wholesale / B2B channels, serving brands, buying offices, and large-scale retail partners
Develop and execute North America market expansion strategies aligned with overall company objectives
Maintain and further strengthen relationships with existing key accounts
Proactively identify and develop new customer and channel opportunities within the U.S. market
Develop a strong understanding of North American retail customers’ assortment strategies, sourcing processes, pricing structures, and collaboration cycles
Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients, ensuring communication is professional, consistent, and effective
New York Office & Showroom Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations and external presentation of the New York showroom
Act as the primary business representative for the New York office, coordinating information flow and resources between headquarters and the North American market
Support the company’s long-term organizational development and business growth in the U.S.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B or Wholesale sales and/or business development; background in apparel, garment manufacturing, or textiles is strongly preferred
Foundational understanding of garment and fabric production processes, with the ability to bridge design concepts and manufacturing execution
Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships within the North American market
Strong commercial communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively in a high-autonomy environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones
