Location: Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Miami or Tampa office

Position Overview The top 10 CPA firm is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager, Senior Manager, or Director to lead client engagements, drive strategic growth, and provide expert guidance in tax planning and compliance. Real estate industry experience is highly preferred, as many of our clients operate in this space and value specialized insight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex tax engagements for middle market clients, with a focus on real estate entities (preferred)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities; expand revenue with existing clients
Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic tax planning and compliance guidance
Ensure quality control standards and technical accuracy across all deliverables
Mentor and manage staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture
Participate in firm-wide leadership initiatives and contribute to operational strategy
Stay current on tax law changes and industry trends, especially within the real estate sector
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
CPA certification required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting or related field
At least 6 years of supervisory experience
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and leadership skills
High level of business integrity and client service orientation
Proficiency with relevant tax software and technology platforms
Willingness to travel based on client and business needs
