Investment Banking Director Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of investment banking experience with a proven track record in deal execution and client development.
Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management abilities.
