B2B Territory Sales/Account Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location: Baltimore, MD Direct Hire Employment Type: Full-time
Summary: A person in this position is an individual contributor responsible for new business development and improving customer and potential customer relationships. The role focuses on growing profit margins through sales volume with current customers and expanding sales by developing new customers within an assigned territory or market. This is an outside sales role that requires travel to solicit clients.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients.
Travel to client sites for presentations, negotiations, and account management.
Use the CRM system to track sales pipeline and activity.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of recent experience in a sales role with 60% new business development.
Experience with outside sales, traveling to existing clients and meeting prospect clients to grow the business.
Proficient working with a CRM system.
Accountable to KPIs and sales goals.
Experience selling tangible items in the battery or related manufacturing/industrial/HVAC industries.
Estimated Min Rate: $75,500.00 Estimated Max Rate: $100,000.00
