Base pay range
$105,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on the jobsite
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to keep work moving smoothly
Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and schedule
Maintain jobsite safety, enforce safety policies, and address hazards
Communicate progress and problems to project managers and leadership
Manage site logistics, including access, staging, and cleanliness
Participate in inspections and punch lists, ensuring timely closeout
Represent the company on‑site with owners, architects, and inspectors
Qualifications
Experience in construction, 5+ years on the field
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices
Good communication and coordination skills
Problem‑solving ability and decision‑making skills
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tasks simultaneously
