What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as a Sales Engineer for the Prisma Access GTM team, driving results and client satisfaction

Conduct deep technical discovery to understand client needs and challenges

Build customer business success stories and case studies in alignment with defined methodologies

Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to ensure deliverables meet customer specifications

Provide first‑level support and triage of client technical issues, creating detailed reports on problems

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales engineering role

Proven track record in selling complex enterprise cybersecurity solutions

Strong technical background in networking, network security, host protection, identity management, and data leakage prevention

BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base

Excellent time management, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with software development and web technologies

Strong presentation and creativity skills

Familiarity with Salesforce and data‑driven decision‑making

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a people‑oriented approach

Willingness to travel extensively
