The Director of Regional Sales – HOA/COA is a senior, market-facing individual contributor role responsible for owning revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic execution within an assigned geographic market. This position serves as the primary point of accountability for originating, negotiating, and closing HOA/COA bulk service agreements across internet, cable, and smart community solutions. This is a self-managed role requiring a high degree of autonomy, discipline, and executive presence.
Market Ownership & Revenue Growth
Own regional revenue targets for HOA/COA services. Develop and execute a market strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene. Originate and close complex, multi-year HOA/COA agreements. Structure agreements aligned with Texas Property Code and governance requirements. Navigate board approval cycles and budget constraints. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Build senior-level relationships with board members, property managers, and developers. Represent Converged Services at industry events and associations. Cross-Functional Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams. Participate in internal legal and compliance reviews to ensure regulatory alignment. Marketing & Market Presence
Support market-level marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities. Collaborate with corporate marketing to drive brand visibility and lead generation within the region. Ensure all communications and marketing activities align with corporate guidelines and contractual commitments. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or market-facing revenue roles. Proven track record of closing complex, high-value, multi-year agreements. Strong negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to self-manage priorities, pipeline, and performance in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HOA/COA, multifamily, hospitality, or commercial real estate markets. Experience selling telecommunications, bulk internet, cable, or technology solutions. Familiarity with Texas HOA/COA governance structures and property code requirements. Established relationships within the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Core Competencies
