Director of AMER Growth Marketing

Your role The Director of AMER Growth Marketing is responsible for leading the regional AMER growth marketing strategy across the full funnel to drive awareness, demand, pipeline acceleration, and revenue performance. This leader will own growth initiatives across digital, lifecycle, ABM, field alignment, and performance channels to increase conversion, expand existing customers, and support new logo acquisition across the Americas. The role combines strategic leadership, revenue accountability, data-driven execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead the AMER growth marketing strategy aligned to regional revenue goals and priorities.
Lead and mentor a high-performing regional growth marketing team.
Define quarterly plans, investment strategy, and execution roadmap tied to pipeline and bookings targets.
Partner closely with AMER Sales, RevOps, Global Product Marketing, and AMER Field + Partner Marketing to ensure alignment and business impact.
Full-Funnel Growth & Demand Generation
Own pipeline creation and acceleration programs across enterprise, commercial, and mid-market segments.
Design integrated growth campaigns across digital, paid media, SEO, web, email, webinars, and content syndication.
Collaborate with Field Marketing to implement ABM strategies to support strategic accounts and sales motions.
Build scalable plays for awareness growth, inbound demand, and customer expansion.
Regional GTM Execution
Localize global campaigns for AMER markets and industry segments.
Activate targeted growth initiatives across priority industries and AMER markets.
Support regional events, field activities, and partner joint marketing to drive pipeline.
Lifecycle & Conversion Optimization
Drive lifecycle marketing to nurture leads through AQL →MQL → SQL → Opportunity.
Optimize conversion across the buyer journey through testing, personalization, messaging, and offers.
Data, Analytics & Performance Management
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence for AMER growth marketing performance.
Own pipeline contribution, lead quality, CAC efficiency, ROI, and velocity metrics.
Use insights to continuously optimize investments, channels, and campaign performance.
What you’ll need
10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years leading growth or demand generation teams.
Proven success owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable revenue impact.
Strong experience in enterprise B2B -- preferably in the data center, telecommunications, IT, or technology sectors.
Expertise in ABM, digital demand, lifecycle marketing, and full-funnel growth strategies.
Deep familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms, and experimentation methodologies.
Data-driven, performance-minded leader with strong strategic and execution capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; executive presence.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing investment performance.
