Responsibilities
Oversee BankCards division
Responsible for managing card issuing, prepaid programs, departments budgeting, business development, credit quality, regulatory compliance, and implementation of processes procedures that create scalability and operation efficiencies
Lead department through strategic vision and product evolution
Implement strategies to meet income and budget objectives
Responsible for the department regulatory and compliance requirements
Oversee preparation and delivery of customer training and communications
Assist with data management projects and system conversions
Maintain accurate CRM sales and pipeline
Must Have
Credit Card industry experience
Leadership background
