Plant Director
to oversee one of its most complex and critical operations. This executive-level leader will own plant performance across Manufacturing, Distribution, and Quality, with full accountability for safety, service, compliance, and profitability.
This role leads three key pillars of the operation:
Director of Operations
Director of Distribution
Director of Quality Assurance
This is a true
site-head role
– ideal for a senior food manufacturing leader who thrives in regulated, high-volume, fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Own Operations & Manufacturing
End-to-end leadership of
F&B production operations
including sanitation, safety, efficiency, and cost
Drive plant KPIs across
OEE, yield, downtime, labor, and waste
Budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning for the site
Continuous improvement across processes, equipment, and people
Distribution & Supply Chain
Oversight of
warehousing, transportation, and inventory
Optimization of logistics, fleet, and 3PL partnerships
Systems-driven visibility into service, cost, and customer satisfaction
Quality & Food Safety
Leadership of
SQF, food safety, and quality programs
Audit readiness, inspections, testing, and corrective actions
Ensuring product integrity across F&B operations
Driving a culture of
“quality first”
across all departments
Leadership Scope
Direct leadership of
Operations, Distribution, and QA Directors
Building a high-performance, accountable leadership culture
Coaching, succession planning, and performance managementPartnering with corporate leadership on strategy and growth
What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years of senior leadership
in
food manufacturing
Experience running
regulated food operations
Proven track record leading
Operations, QA, and Distribution together
Financial acumen with budgets, P&L, and capital projects
Data-driven, hands‑on, and comfortable making fast, high-impact decisions
