DTAC of Ohio is seeking a
detail-oriented and highly organized Program Director
to support our Residential Program in Columbus, Ohio.
The Program Director will lead daily operations, scheduling, staff training compliance, billing, documentation, and work closely with clinical and organizational leaders to support program excellence and staff success.

What You’ll Do
Develop and implement the scheduling of employees that facilitates effective programming with the Site Director.
Partner with Talent Acquisition & Site Director for all new hire process flows.
Partner with Human Resources throughout the employee life cycle.
Oversee admissions/discharges and work closely with Business Development for referrals and intake process.
Oversee the physical care of all residents.
Oversee timely completion of performance evaluations site-wide and complete evaluations for all direct report(s).
Manage and resolve personnel conflicts that occur within the facility.
Work closely with Office Administrator to ensure appointments are aligned within timeframes established by DTAC and agency oversight.
Serve as a mentor, coach, and role model for direct care staff, providing ongoing support on a daily basis.
Develop, update, and implement policies related to safety, security management, emergency management, environment of care, and medication management.
Coordinate maintenance and site building care/upkeep with Maintenance team.
Coordinate timely completion of regular safety checks and schedule testing, service, inspection, maintenance, and repairs of all utilities and safety devices.
Maintain compliance with all ODCY, DYS, and TJC standards.
Respond to reportable incidents by participating in investigations and ensuring proper reporting.
Develop and execute realistic goals to improve organizational quality on an annual basis.
Supervise and participate in the DTAC Ohio on-call schedule.
Continue improving competency through on-site and off-site training seminars.
Review the Policy & Procedure Manual annually to ensure all new policies are included.
Oversee orientation and training of newly joining staff and interns.
Supervise interns and develop training schedules.
Utilize scheduling software.
Perform all other site-specific duties as assigned and delegated by the CEO and/or COO.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or human services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or related).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in child/adolescent behavioral health services.
Experience in program administration, staff supervision, and program development.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
