Executive Sales Recruiter | Specializing in Legal Tech & Attorney Placements | Connecting Top Talent with Industry Leaders My client is seeking a Director of Sales responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives conduce revenue growth, and expand prep market presence.A senior leader will manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, oversee key client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Available to New York and Florida residents.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
Experience in the legal industry is required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.
Experience selling attorney/litigation services is a plus.
Job Duties:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and KPI's.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing607 accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Oversee the sales pipeline and forecasting processes to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Manage sales budgets, incentive plans, and resource allocation.
Participate in contract negotiations and high-stakes deals as needed.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Remote - New York or Florida
