BPE is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Transaction Attorney with significant transactional experience to support sophisticated real estate matters. This role offers exposure to complex, high-level deal work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
Handle commercial property acquisitions and dispositions. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases (office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use) Support joint ventures, real estate fund work, and investor-side transactions. Assist with construction and mortgage financing matters. Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and entitlement review. Manage transactions from term sheet through closing. Qualifications
5+ years
of commercial real estate transactional experience Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple active deals and competing deadlines. Collaborative mindset with strong client communication skills Education & Licensure
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar membership in good standing Benefits & Perks
