The firm specializes in opportunistic and value-add multifamily investments across high-growth U.S. markets which has given fantastic historical returns.

Role Join a lean, high-performing capital raising team focused on private wealth fundraising.

Responsibilities

Raising capital from HNWIs and Family Offices

Activating and expanding your existing investor network

Managing LP relationships and supporting investor communications

Supporting fundraising for current and future fund vehicles

Helping position the platform for future larger institutional tickets

Ideal Background

Proven track record raising capital for multifamily, real estate, or alternative investment funds

Strong relationships across private wealth channels (RIA, Family Office, HNW)

Comfortable in a hands-on, entrepreneurial fundraising environment

Product‑savvy and able to clearly articulate real estate strategies

Open to candidates from broader alternatives if private wealth exposure is strong
