About the Role 11x is scaling fast. We need someone who can sit at the intersection of growth strategy, paid marketing, revenue execution, and systems, and turn messy GTM problems into repeatable outcomes.

This is not a marketing role. Not a pure growth role. Not sales.

It’s a builder role for someone who wants real ownership over how revenue is created.

What you’ll actually do You’ll own growth initiatives end-to-end - from identifying leverage, to building the system, to shipping it.

GTM & Revenue Execution

- Design and run outbound and expansion experiments using our Alice digital worker across ICPs, personas, and channels; Partner with AEs to improve pipeline quality, deal velocity, and POC-to-close conversion; Build playbooks that actually get used (and kill the ones that don’t).

Paid marketing

- Optimize ads across Google, LinkedIn and more; Experiment daily and double down on ideas that work.

Strategy → Reality

- Translate leadership goals into concrete execution plans; Analyze what’s working, what’s not, and why — then act on it. Run fast, disciplined experiments with clear success metrics.

Internal Leverage

- Be a force multiplier for Sales, Growth, and Leadership; Document learnings, frameworks, and systems so the org compounds. Take ownership of ambiguous problems and push them to resolution.

What success looks like

Pipeline generation becomes more predictable and efficient

Reps close faster, with higher confidence, using systems you built

Experiments turn into durable GTM motions

Growth becomes a science because leverage exists

The profile we’re looking for This role is for someone who’s sharp, scrappy, and structured.

~1+ years in a growth, revenue, or GTM role plus experience in ops, strategy, consulting, banking, as a founder, or analytics

Hands‑on experience building systems (not just managing them)

Strong analytical instincts — you know how to reason from data, not vibes

You are: Builder-minded — you’d rather ship than debate

Comfortable in ambiguity and energized by it

Opinionated, but open to being wrong

Ownership-driven — you don’t wait to be told what to fix

Tools & environment (not requirements)

Agents, CRMs, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms

Spreadsheets, SQL-light analysis, internal tooling

AI-native workflows and automation

If you haven’t used all of these but learn fast, that’s fine. We care about trajectory more than checklists.
