Senior Director / Director – ERP Transformation Compensation:

About the Role We are seeking a senior leader to take ownership of a large-scale, multi-year ERP transformation within a publicly traded enterprise. This role will play a critical part in modernizing core financial systems and driving enterprise-wide change across processes, technology, and operating models.

This position is ideal for a transformation leader who thrives in complex environments, brings strong financial systems expertise, and is comfortable leading large, cross-functional teams through long-term change initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end delivery of a major ERP transformation program, from strategy and planning through execution and stabilization

Lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across core financial domains including accounting, finance operations, reporting, and controls

Oversee and coordinate multiple ERP platforms and integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) across regions and business units

Provide leadership to large, cross-functional teams and vendor partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery at scale

Partner closely with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Executive stakeholders to align ERP initiatives with broader business objectives

Establish governance, program structure, and operating rhythms to manage risk, dependencies, and long-term execution

Drive standardization, process optimization, and best practices across financial systems and workflows

Take full ownership of outcomes, including business impact, adoption, and long-term sustainability of the platform

Key Skills

Extensive experience leading large, multi-year ERP transformation programs within complex, enterprise environments

Hands-on exposure to multiple ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and/or Microsoft Dynamics

Strong background overseeing finance-focused ERP initiatives, including core accounting and financial operations

Proven ability to lead and influence large teams, including direct reports, matrixed teams, and external partners

A strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive initiatives end to end, from vision through execution

Strategic mindset paired with practical execution skills in high-stakes transformation efforts

Experience working with executive leadership and navigating change in publicly traded organizations
