Trident are supporting a AI SecOps vendor who are re-shaping how SOC teams are supported. We are looking for a senior, hands-on Head of Marketing (US) to lead brand, product marketing, and demand generation as the business accelerates growth in the US enterprise market.
This role will own the end-to-end marketing function, from strategy through execution, and will be critical in shaping market narrative, strengthening enterprise positioning, and building scalable demand generation engines aligned to a sales-led go-to-market motion.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the US marketing strategy, with a strong focus on enterprise buyers (e.g. CISOs, SOC leaders, security and IT decision-makers). Serve as the senior marketing leader for the US market, with clear accountability for pipeline and revenue impact. Brand & Positioning
Build a distinctive, credible brand presence in a highly technical B2B category. Establish thought leadership and category narrative across owned and earned channels. Product Marketing
Lead messaging, positioning, ICP definition, use cases, and competitive differentiation. Develop sales enablement assets that support enterprise sales cycles. Enterprise Demand Generation
Design and optimize content-led and campaign-based demand generation programs. Drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue contribution across the funnel. Manage, coach, and develop a lean, high-impact marketing team. Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution where required. Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to align GTM strategy, pipeline targets, and roadmap priorities. Metrics & Performance
Define and track KPIs across brand awareness, pipeline creation, CAC, and conversion metrics. Use data to continuously refine strategy and execution. Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
Senior B2B marketing leader with experience in enterprise SaaS. Background in cybersecurity, AI, infrastructure, or similarly complex technical domains is strongly preferred. Proven success in brand building and product marketing for enterprise audiences. Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise demand generation in sales-led environments. Experience working in high-growth, venture-backed companies. Leadership & Working Style
Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels. Strong people leader with experience managing and scaling small teams. Collaborative, commercially minded, and highly execution-oriented. Able to translate complex technology into clear, compelling business value.
