A mid-sized, full-service law firm is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of general commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting.
About the Role The associate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
Real estate acquisitions and dispositions
Leasing
Foreclosures and troubled debt restructurings
Joint ventures
Title, environmental, and land use matters
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of general commercial real estate experience in a law firm
