What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital advertising projects, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget
Support implementation and optimization of digital advertising technologies, coordinating cross‑functional teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, delivering clear communications and facilitating stakeholder alignment
Manage distributed teams, monitoring progress and resource allocation to meet project priorities
Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new digital advertising solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
10+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in digital marketing or advertising technology
Proven experience in supporting digital advertising initiatives and leading systems integration projects
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including various platforms and technologies
Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in an advertising agency, providing insight into the industry
Consulting experience with a demonstrated ability to adapt and build stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their impact on digital advertising projects
Experience with budget management and financial acumen
Continuous improvement knowledge, such as Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
