lululemon Brand Creative is the soul of the brand, bringing to life a modern vision of wellbeing through movement and mindfulness. Core Responsibilities

Design visually compelling digital assets across core commercial channels, applying typography, layout, hierarchy, and image-making skills to deliver clear, engaging, and brand-aligned experiences. Translate creative direction and UX frameworks into polished visual design that supports usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms. Apply typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned digital experiences. Edit and optimize photography and visual assets to meet brand standards and digital performance requirements. Support the execution of seasonal creative direction through digital design, working closely with Art Directors to translate vision into polished outputs. Build and maintain design documentation, templates, and guidelines that support consistency and efficiency across global teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Ecommerce, UX, and Product partners to ensure design solutions meet both creative and business goals. Support concept development for elevated digital storytelling through mood boards, design explorations, and presentation materials. Ensure final designs are production-ready, accurate, and optimized for multiple formats, screen sizes, and use cases. Stay current on digital design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate visual quality. Qualifications

4–6 years of professional experience in digital design, visual design, or brand design, either in‑house or at a creative agency. Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and related design tools. Solid understanding of typography, layout systems, color, and visual hierarchy. Experience editing and preparing photographic assets for digital platforms with high attention to detail and craft. Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Highly collaborative, clear communicator, and receptive to feedback. Familiarity working with UX and product teams, translating experience frameworks into high‑quality visual execution. Self-motivated and able to work independently while aligning to creative direction. Must Haves

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from

$81,100-$106,500 USD

annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
