This Sales Director will own a regional P&L, scale a high-velocity SaaS sales organization, and drive predictable, repeatable execution. This leader must be a builder—territories, processes, coaching systems, and a hunter culture that consistently delivers 3.5× pipeline coverage and achieves bookings targets. Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities, Aligned with Key Results: People: Recruit, onboard, and ramp Account Executives within 90 days. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and strong hunter mentality. Conduct weekly deal reviews grounded in MEDDICC discipline. Partner closely with Marketing to expand ABM programs and increase SQL generation. Collaborate with Product, CSM, and Implementation teams to support cross-sell initiatives and enhance customer retention. Work with Customer Solutions to ensure high-impact, world-class demos. Client: Own and execute a defined-territory GTM model. Ensure seamless orchestration across AEs, SDRs, and CSMs. Enforce segmentation strategy across all account tiers. Achieve assigned bookings targets with precision and consistency. Maintain strong pipeline health and disciplined forecasting processes. Improve win rates through structured, data-driven deal inspection. Partner with RevOps to drive operational excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure support of strategic financial outcomes including optimized close cycles, streamlined reporting, and stronger compliance. Value: Model urgency, transparency, and high integrity in all interactions. Build a performance-driven team supported by clear KPIs and measurable outcomes. Leverage AI and sales-enablement tools—including ChatGPT, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn—to drive productivity, pipeline generation, and personalized buyer engagement. Education & Experience: 3+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience (required). Demonstrated success scaling AE teams. Strong proficiency in MEDDICC and modern sales methodologies. Proven track record of exceeding quota in a multi-product SaaS environment. Skilled in executive-level selling and multithreading complex deals. Data-driven operator with strong forecasting accuracy. 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a record of consistently exceeding quota selling complex technology solutions. Leadership experience building and scaling teams from the ground up. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence at senior levels. Additional Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Work Environment: Standard indoor working environment. Occasional extended periods of sitting or standing. Regular interaction with employees and clients in person and via email or telephone.
