Own and execute a defined-territory go-to-market (GTM) model
Recruit, onboard, and ramp Account Executives within 90 days
Foster a culture of accountability and a strong hunter mentality within the team
Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic financial outcomes and enhance customer retention
Achieve assigned bookings targets with precision and maintain strong pipeline health
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience
Proven track record of exceeding quota in a multi-product SaaS environment
Strong proficiency in MEDDICC and modern sales methodologies
10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a record of consistently exceeding quota
Leadership experience building and scaling teams from the ground up
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
Data-driven operator with strong forecasting accuracy
Skilled in executive-level selling and multithreading complex deals
